A demented old man drifts apart from his grandson as his memory fades away.
My first attempt in the experimental realm. Script consisted of prose stories and brief outlines of character’s inner thoughts. Shot over 3 days in Chinatown, Churches, and bus stops near West Los Angeles. Extremely loose and spontaneous shooting period, as the story kept changing as shooting continued. Narrative is extremely ambiguous, along with abstract voiceovers of the character’s inner thoughts.
